How to send an Amazon cart to someone
Amazon lets you share a wish list, but not a cart — and a wish list is the wrong shape when you have already picked quantities. This is how to send the basket itself, on amazon.pl, amazon.de, amazon.co.uk and the other markets the extension supports.
Step by step
Install the free BuyMeGift extension
Chrome or Edge, no account. The extension only reads a cart page when you open its popup there.
Open your Amazon cart page
Go to the real cart (Amazon's /gp/cart/view.html), not the mini-cart on the header. A home or product page can show a stale item count, and the extension deliberately reads only the cart page.
Click “Save cart draft” in the popup
The popup names the market it detected — Amazon PL, Amazon DE and so on — lists the items, and saves a private draft with a BMG code.
Publish and send it with “Share Link”
“Share Link” makes the draft live for the window you chose (5 to 60 minutes) and gives you WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, iMessage and Copy Link.
The recipient clicks “Add to Amazon cart”
The extension reopens each product page and presses Amazon's own “Add to Cart”, so the items land in their account's cart with their own Prime status, delivery options and payment methods.
Frequently asked questions
Why not just share Amazon's own cart link?
Amazon's cart is bound to your signed-in session — the URL shows the other person their own basket, not yours. The shared preview is a snapshot of the items instead, which is why it can be rebuilt in someone else's account at all.
Are the prices on the preview page binding?
No. They are the prices at the moment the cart was captured. Amazon confirms the real price, delivery and any Prime benefits at its own checkout — that is the number that counts.
Which Amazon sites work?
The extension recognises the Amazon marketplaces it ships adapters for, including amazon.pl, amazon.de, amazon.co.uk, amazon.com and a further dozen. If the popup names your market, capture works there.
