Lampa wisząca FM1954 - ponadczasowo piękny klasyk designu autorstwa Friisa i Moltke Minęło wiele dziesięcioleci, odkąd duńscy projektanci Knud Friis i Elmar Moltke Nielsen stworzyli lampę wiszącą FM1954, a mimo to nie straciła ona nic ze swojego uroku dzięki klasycznemu, ale ponadczasowo pięknemu Lookowi.
Stworzona w 1954 roku lampa składa się z szerokiego klosza wykonanego ze stali i pomalowanego, mocowanie sufitowego w kolorze czarnym i kabla zawieszenia pokrytego czarną tkaniną. 1954, rok narodzin FM1954, był również rokiem, w którym dwaj architekci i projektanci założyli swoje wspólne studio Friis i Moltke.
Jako pierwsi wprowadzili "łagodny brutalizm" do budownictwa w Die w latach 60-tych - z wielkimi konstrukcjami budynków pośrodku krajobrazu, surowymi betonowymi ścianami i widocznymi instalacjami technicznymi.
