| Artist Color Pencil | Outline: For a natural look, define your lips by outlining Cupid’s bow and the centre of the bottom lip. Next, outline the outer corners of the lips and connect the lines. You can fill the rest of your lips with the lip liner or pair it with your favourite Rouge Artist For Ever lipstick for more intensity. Plump: To enhance your lips and achieve a more plumping look, overline your upper lip beyond its natural border Next, overline the outer corners, as well as the bottom lip. To add more fullness, slightly shade the lines using the lip liner. Fill in your lips with your favourite Rouge Artist For Ever Matte lipstick. Contour: Choose a lip liner that is a little bit darker than your natural lip colour. Focus on Cupid’s bow and the centre of your bottom lip to define and make your lips appear fuller. Next, create a natural curve on the outer corners of your lips to enhance their shapes. Finish by adding a lighter colour to the centre of your lips. Liquid Color: LIPS: Trace from the centre of the Cupid’s bow, following the natural lip line outward, then fill in to saturate with smooth, even colour. One stroke delivers full impact – layer or blur for a softer diffused finish. CHEEKS: For a seamless flush, apply a small dot to the back of your hand. Pick it up with a damp sponge and tap onto the high points of the cheeks, blending outward. The sponge becomes your shortcut to a natural veil or a more sculpted, buildable result.
